I work in the East New York section of Brooklyn and teach a 12 to 1, self-contained SPED class to children from impoverished countries; most of whom are first generation Jamaican-Americans. I am a gypsy at heart...have lived in about ten states and traveled throughout 75 percent of the U.S., and three countries. Except for the weather, I enjoyed Maine the most with Hawaii running a close second. I can say, "Thank you," and "Hello," in most "Common," languages and find these simple words make huge smiles on most faces. I have two sons. One is at PACE in NYC. (This particular guy has my gypsy blood and has already done most of Europe and North America as well.) The other one is at the NEIA in Boston and is quite settled for his young age. (Guess he got tired of being hauled around the country!) I have a dog (Pictured above), and a cat. I'm glad to be in this class as I love upgrading my Net skills. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SAY HELLO!
